Before your box leaves the kitchen

Cancellation

You can cancel an order up until it enters packing. After that, we’ve already committed the ingredients and a cancellation is treated as a return.

Before packing

  • Email support@ravisweets.com with your order number — we cancel and refund on the same payment method.

After packing

  • The box is already made. We offer a pause-and-reship option (useful for gifting) instead of outright cancellation.
